ThingBank exists to collect donated items from businesses in and around Cumbria and distribute those to families who need them the most.

A unique social enterprise.

We aim to help children, young adults, families, and the professionals that support them, by supplying them with clothing, bedding, furniture, washing machines, air fryers, school uniforms, mobile phones ... anything we can get our hands on, for free, just like a food bank does.We will accept referrals for help from professionals such as social workers, nurses, doctors, and council staff, and will assess and prioritise them to help as quickly and effectively as possible.
